COURSE REGISTRATION STEPS

1. 1- Course Registrations: Within the specified course registration dates, log in with your e-Government password via MAKÜ-NET and enter the "Course and Term Transactions" menu. Click the "Course Registration" button and use the (+) button to add your courses. Complete your registration process in accordance with the warnings given by the system during course selection.

3. 2- Checking and Finalizing Courses: After completing course selection, check your courses with the "Check" button. After the checking process, the "Finalize" button will appear. Press the "Finalize" button to finalize your courses. Finalized courses will be submitted for approval by your academic advisor. Courses not approved by your academic advisor will not be considered registered and will not be valid.

Important: All steps taken in course selection and registration renewal processes are recorded with date, time, and user information. Therefore, all responsibility for course registration and registration renewal processes lies with the student and their academic advisor.

1. 3- Special Situations Related to Course Registrations: All students, including first-year students, will carry out their own course registration processes. Students who cannot register and finalize their registrations due to excuses during the course registration dates will be able to register during the excused course registration week if their excuses are accepted by the unit management board.
   
    
2. 4- Course Add/Drop Transactions: Students who have finalized their course registrations within the course registration dates and later wish to add or drop courses can perform this transaction on the specified dates from the "Course and Term Transactions" menu in the Student Affairs Information System under the "Add/Drop Course" option.

INFORMATION ON CONTRIBUTION FEE/TUITION FEE PAYMENT

The contribution fee/tuition fee can be learned from the “Fee Information” submenu in the General Transactions menu of the Student Information System and payment can be made by specifying the student number via Vakıflar Bank Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATM anywhere in Turkey.

In the contribution fee/tuition fee payment process, definitely do not perform Transfer/EFT transactions.

• - Second education program students 
• - First education students who have completed the program duration,
• - Students registered in a second higher education institution,
• - Undergraduate completion students,
• - Students accepted from abroad (foreign nationals),
•  
• Cannot complete the course registration process without paying the contribution fee/tuition fee.

2- Be sure to follow the announcements made on the Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University web page www.mehmetakif.edu.tr/tr  and the web page of the unit you are registered in.

3- Keep your GSM number, email address, and other contact information registered in the Student Affairs Information System (OBS) up to date.

4- Since you will log in to the Student Affairs Information System with your e-government identity, do not share your password.
